On this week’s installment of the CavsCorner Podcast, we say goodbye to 2019 as we look back at the Orange Bowl and what we took away from the 36-28 loss to Florida as well as the football season as a whole and what our lasting memories of it will be. Then we transition to hoops side of things, where the Wahoos are about to embark on the bulk of their ACC slate. We’ll get into our expectations at this point and preview Saturday’s matchup with the Hokies.

On this week’s installment of the CavsCorner Podcast, we recap an interesting if not low key early signing day for the Wahoos, as UVa officially welcomed a dozen players to the family including not only the highest-rated offensive lineman the program has signed in a decade but also another late signee who came in well after business had closed for the day. After we talk about the class and which signees stand out the most, we transition over to hoops and talk about where things stand following the win over Stony Brook and what the return of Braxton Key means for the Cavaliers.

On this week’s installment of the CavsCorner Podcast, there’s a lull in games thanks to the end of the football regular season and the exam break for hoops. As such, we look back at UVa’s appearance in the ACC Championship and get into some preliminary discussion of the Orange Bowl matchup against Florida, though most of the talk centers on the achievement that is the 2019 season. Then on the basketball side, we talk about the win over Carolina and what it, coupled with the loss at Purdue, all means for the Cavaliers as they wrap up their non-conference schedule and get ready to dive head first into “real” ACC play.

On this week’s installment of the CavsCorner Podcast, we revisit last Friday’s epic victory over the Hokies and discuss some of our takeaways now that some time has passed. We also get into the tricky business of trying to rank where UVa’s win over Tech fits into the history of the program. And then we transition to perhaps the program’s biggest challenge, as the Wahoos head to Charlotte to face Clemson and it's 27-game winning streak. We get into the nuts and bolts of that matchup before we briefly turn our attention to the Cavalier basketball team, which left Indiana on Wednesday night following an especially rough outing. What’s that mean for the season and how does it change expectations?

On this week’s installment of the CavsCorner Podcast, we talk about No. 7 UVa’s win over Vermont on the hardwood before we preview the matchup in Charlottesville on Saturday afternoon when the Hoos host Liberty on the gridiron. Last night’s victory over the Catamounts says plenty about the Cavaliers and we dive into what we feel like we’ve really learned about this team so far this season. And then we transition over to football, where UVa will come off its bye week and host the Flames in a game that, for some, doesn’t matter all that much. The contrast against next week’s matchup with Virginia Tech is stark. Still, we’ll preview Saturday’s game and give your our picks on how we see things playing out.
